In celebration of Earth Day 2022 “Invest in Our Planet”, ACM staff have come together to carry out a litter pick along the canal at local headquarters, Waltham Abbey.

Thanks to the hard work and dedication of 18 ACM employee volunteers, a staggering 10 litter filled bags were collected containing plastic bottles, aluminium cans, food wrappers and other types of waste that had been wrongly disregarded along the canal.

The litter pick was carried out in celebration of the 52^nd anniversary Earth Day. Earth Day 2022 is focused on accelerating solutions to combat climate change, and to activate everyone – governments, citizens, and businesses – to do their part. Everyone accounted for, and everyone accountable.

Head of Group Sustainability, Diane Crowe, said:
